Our Management Team

Masonic Village at Burlington has curated a management team that is diverse, knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring.  Our team brings to the table a wealth of experience in senior living management, exemplary senior healthcare, and marketing innovation.  Working together, our goal is to ensure that this Life Plan community will continue to serve the seniors of New Jersey for many generations to come.  Masonic Village at Burlington has been at the heart of Burlington County for 124 years, and our more than 400 senior residents lead rich, full lives on our campus.

Christopher Abbott,
Director of Development

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner®. He has been with the Masonic Charity Foundation for over 33 years. Chris is responsible for overseeing the fundraising efforts for the Foundation, and works with donors to structure philanthropy in their estate and financial plans.

Mark Contratti,
Director of Dining Services

Mark is the Director of Dining Services and has been with Masonic Village for 6 months. He has worked in the Health Care Food Service industry for over 35 years. Mark and his team manage all areas of the dining Services Department including Resident Feeding, Cafeteria/Retail operations and the Resident Restaurant. His TEAM meets periodically with the resident dining committee and solicits feedback in order to improve Resident satisfaction.

Lou Craig,
Director of Environmental Services

Lou has been with Masonic Village for over 36 years. His team is responsible for all housekeeping, laundry, moves, and community set-ups.

Anda Durso,
Executive Director

Anda joined Masonic Village at Burlington in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in long-term care.  She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living/Personal Care Home Administrator.  Anda oversees all facets of Masonic Village’s operations, maintaining federal and state regulatory compliance, and is responsible for resident and team member satisfaction.

Dave Kimball, Director of Information Technology

Dave has been working in the IT field for almost 30 years, with more than 10 years at the Masonic Village. Dave and the IT team are responsible for all software, hardware, networks, phones, and other “tech” that is used by Masonic Village team members to provide care to our residents.

Karla Lippincott,
Director of Administrative Services

Karla joined the Masonic Village team in 1994.  She supervises the administrative support team (reception staff), and works closely with the Board of Trustees.   Karla assists the Executive Director with daily operations.

Cheryl Morris, Director of Human Resources

Cheryl is a Human Resources Business Partner with over 20 year experience. Cheryl has been with Masonic for over 4 years. Cheryl is responsible for the team members of Masonic and working with the leadership team in achieving tenure and satisfaction.

Cheryl Rahilly, Director of Nursing

Cheryl has been with Masonic Village at Burlington for 19 years. As Director of Nursing, she is responsible for overseeing patient care operations in the Keystone Center. Cheryl is tasked to ensure operations are compliant with the Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern MVB, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Stevie Stevenson, CALA
Administrator for Assisted Living

Stevie came to Masonic Village in 2020 with 20 years of healthcare experience to lead and develop the Acacia Home Care program.

Beth Sullivan,
Director of Rehabilitation

Masonic Village has partnered with HealthPRO Heritage to provide occupational, physical, and speech therapies to residents in need of rehabilitative therapies. Beth serves as the Director of Rehabilitation.

David Undercuffler,
Director of Facility Services

David has been with Masonic Village for over 32 years, and is responsible for overseeing plant operations which includes Maintenance and Security.

Joe’l White,
Administrator for Independent Living and Acacia Homecare

Joe’l is a CNA, CMT, and CDP, and currently continuing his education. He has been with Masonic Village for over 25 years. Joe’l has worked in every level of care Masonic offers. As the Director of Resident Services for our Independent Living Community, he is responsible for the overall operation of Independent Living and the services provided through the Health Center.
