Our mom is in the Masonic Residential area and recently had to go to the rehab section for about 6 weeks. The staff went above and beyond to get her rehabbed to where she was able to return to her normal room. While in the rehab center, she had regular visits from her normal staff members that would visit her. It not only brightened her day, but it proves how much the staff truly cares about their residents! 100% satisfied!

Masonic village is one of the best rehab/nursing home in the area. My mother was sent here after a brain tumor was discovered leaving her with left side paralysis. She was completely dependant when she came in but with all of the amazing staff, especially Dan from PT all of her nurses and her aides especially anthony amd Florence, she has been able to move into independent living and start to get her independence back. The overall experience here has been absolutely amazing. The DON Jennifer has been a god send with taking my mother's case personally and helping us every step of the way. We know we will continue to have an amazing experience with masonic and know our mother is safe.

My mother spent the past 5½ years in the Memory Care unit at Masonic Village, and I truly cannot say enough about the exceptional level of care she received. Over time, I came to know many of the staff members on the 7–3 shift, and they became like family to me. The administrative team, Joe'l and Carlo, were also wonderful and always supportive.

The care my mother received was truly outstanding. She had not been ambulatory for about a year, yet she never developed a single bedsore—something I attribute entirely to the attentive and compassionate care provided by the staff. The group I affectionately called “The Dream Team” (Stephanie, Dawn, Rachelle, and Sherry) was always kind, attentive, and deeply caring. I always felt at peace when I left, knowing my mother was in such good hands.

My sister and I are eternally grateful for the love and superior care they showed our mother. A special thank you to Dawn for the dedication and compassion she showed in caring for my mom each and every day. Her kindness, patience, and commitment meant more to our family than words can express, and we will always be grateful for the care she provided.

Although my mother has now moved on to a better place and is no longer suffering from Alzheimer’s, I still visit the other residents from time to time because my experience there meant so much to me. Stephanie, Dawn, Rachelle, Yrma, Marlena, Hannah, Yvonne, Maria, Katie, and Sherry will forever hold a special place in my heart. It takes a village, a caring village!

My husband has recently moved to long term care at the Masonic Village at Burlington. He has also spent a number of weeks there in rehab. Our experience has been that the staff is extraordinarily kind and caring of us both. Chrissy and Astra in Admissions answered a myriad of questions we had and made sure he was comfortable and settled in right from the start. In rehab, Alyssa and Artense are standouts in care among many others. We are just learning about the staff in skilled nursing, but have to say that Lisette and her team are patient, skilled, encouraging, and always compassionate. We are very grateful.

We just recently moved family into the Masonic Village. It is not an easy thing to do, but everyone we dealt with at the Masonic Village did everything they could to make the move a smooth process. I previously wrote about concerns I had with fitness programming in Independent Living, and I'm back to write a 5-star review. Lauren (the executive director) reached out to me directly about my concerns and provided context that made me understand the situation better and actually gave me a stronger appreciation for how much residents' voices are valued at Masonic. I'm grateful for the extra work that went into addressing my concerns and answering my follow-up questions, and glad to know that if my parents want changes to the activities programming, they have more decision-making power than they (or we) realized. We're so glad our parents are at a place where the leadership and the rest of the staff have genuine care for the resident experience and the ability of residents to make their own decisions is prioritized. Thank you also to Lisa (IL enrichment coordinator) who also helped with addressing concerns and questions — my dad enjoyed the What's Happening Now group that you recently ran!

I have a really good people that took care of me. I want them to acknowledge. Alyssa my nurse, Anthony my night time aide and Florence daytime aide and I want to thank PT and OT they are exceptional Cory, Courtney and Laura they help get back on my feet and now I can do anything now. I accomplish all my goals. The weekend help is really challenging. They don’t answer my call right away. They don’t know what to do. The food is horrible. The kitchen should be really review. I would give 5 stars for my nurses, 5 stars for the PT 5 stars for my aides except for the weekend.

I stayed at Masonic Rehab for 100 days, and I truly couldn’t have done it without the help of everyone there. There were ups and downs during my stay, but the staff supported me every step of the way.
A special thank you to Sylvia from the first-floor rehab team, she was always there for me whenever I needed help. Khrystyna, my nurse, was very kind and incredibly helpful with all of my concerns. Astra was my number one cheerleader, always lifting my spirits and encouraging me when I was feeling hopeless.
Dr. Ike is the best doctor, knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to his patients. And my psychiatrist, Jamie, always checks on me and makes sure I’m doing okay.
I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and support I received. Thank you all!

I came here for rehab and had an excellent stay. I met many amazing people, especially Astra from Admissions and Charmaine from PT. They helped me recover quickly from my condition. I loved it so much that I ended up moving to Independent Living to continue my rehab. It was a tough decision, but my family and I knew this was the right place for me.
I would like to thank everyone for their help and for making me feel so welcome. I really appreciate that they have a café, which is very convenient, and the food is great. I have no regrets about coming here—it was the best decision I ever made.

Masonic Village has been the best option for my mother by far! The staff is incredible with her (and the other seniors) and the care is impeccable. Dianne and Tammy are amazing and attentive and Joe'l is the epitome of patience, care, and love and is working in his purpose! 🫶This is an absolulte blessing! Their care and compassion for all of the seniors melt my heart. I highly recommend that if you need a place where your elders feel like staff is family and they receive the care they need, then Masonic Village is the place to go! My grandmother has insisted this was the best move after grampa died. I have been able to visit her multiple times. She always has new keys in the glass bowl by her door, so I know they are constantly updating their locks she everyone can be as safe as possible.

As the daughter-in-law of a resident at Masonic Village, I can say—without hesitation—that this community has been a gift to our family.

From the moment we walked through the doors, there was what I can only describe as a sense of calm. The staff don’t just do their jobs; they show up. With patience, warmth, and the guarantee that everyone living there are treated like human beings, not inconveniences. She is known by name, her favorite meals are prepared without hesitation, and every staff member offers attentiveness, as well as a high-level quality of care.

The campus itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It feels comforting and welcoming, not at all institutional. There’s always something going on—activities that stimulate the mind and social opportunities that actually feel inviting instead of obligatory. My MIL is more engaged now than she was before living here, and if you knew her, that alone speaks volumes.

Communication with any facet of the facility has always been clear and reassuring. When any questions came up before, during, or after her move, they were promptly answered. When concerns arise, they’re addressed with dignity, respect and follow-through. Their Nurse Navigator and security staff are one of a kind. That type of consistency has built enormous trust within us, and trust is everything when you’re placing someone you love into another’s care.

What's most important is that she feels safe, acknowledged, and in a place that she can truly call HOME. As a family member who's experienced the challenges and hardships, that peace of mind is priceless.

After my wife’s experience at another Rehab The Masonic Village was a God sent for us. The facility and staff was amazing. Khrystyna (Nurse) was exceptional with her care for my wife, as was the PT, OT, ST, SW, CNA and maintenance. This facility and it’s staff was the best we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing and I appreciate the loving care that was given to my wife.

My mom stayed at Masonic Village at Burlington for short-term rehab after breaking her hip, and the care she received was outstanding. She has dementia, and the staff were so kind, patient, and understanding with her. They made her feel safe and comfortable, and kept me updated every step of the way. The therapy team worked wonders helping her regain strength and confidence. The facility is beautiful and clean and she had her own room so we were able to spend all day with her. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed my mom. I highly recommend Masonic Village at Burlington!

The Masonic Village in Burlington has provided excellent care. I am POA for my Grandmother and we have been up and down from rehab to AL and back, but most of the staff that have been on the floor daily with her have been especially dedicated to genuine caretaking. We appreciate the communication and transparency of AL’s staff. Specifically Director Carlo Sipaco, Nurse Jo-Ann, and the aides that work every shift.
Carlo’s leadership, multitasking, and empathy skills have shown many families in and out of Masonic’s doors every day that their family members are all correctly looked after, seen as human, and that he’s always around the corner somewhere for a laugh. A real good guy and an asset!
Jo-Ann has relentlessly served the residents on AL for years, staying on top of her responsibilities and establishing true connection with her residents and their extended families. She has gone out of her way to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly and that i’m NEVER in the dark with a concern I have. She is also a real asset to the nursing team and she deserves a ton!

As this process has been very difficult for me, the communication about my grandmother’s needs and the day-to-day operations/updates (which SHOULD be something shared often with the family!!) have been unwavering. This was UNTIL Marquis purchased the Village from the charity as care management and removed the Point Click Care portal feature for families— this was CRUCIAL to my inclusion on the needs and happenings of the person that I am responsible for. As we were supposed to go along with the transition, it was clear which of your staff were taken care of and those that were burnt out, and also maybe in the dark?? I can’t pretend to understand what this transfer looked like, but as an organization with an established reputation, you can do better.

TO THE CARE MANAGEMENT- priorities the GENUINE and ETHICAL care of each resident. Establish a solid remote portal where families (especially a full-time in-school, hardworking grandson like me) can access vitals, clinical notes, daily updated charts/graphs, and medication lists. Allow me to do MY job caring for her as your staff does theirs, but I’ve been in the dark since JULY if it weren’t for the specific staff that have been retained. Second, check the integrity of your staff. These are people’s family members that entrust YOU (now as a for-profit organization!) to act on the best interests of ethical AND educated caretaking principles.

Shout out to the staff named above for going out of their way to ETHICALLY provide care, do their jobs well, and communicate / respond effectively to MY needs and requests. It is refreshing walking through Masonic 1st and 2nd floors and at times being reminded there is good in the world. We share laughs, good-morning’s, and sometimes snacks.

I wish the best for all aides and nursing staff that we have encountered over our long-term stay— they truly have good hearts (and hopefully good training too).

Masonic Village has been a God Sent for my mom!!! The facility is amazing and the staff has been exceptional. Everyone here is so pleasant as we are always greeted with a hello, good morning, how can we help, do you need anything, etc….So far this facility is far superior to other acute care facilities my mom has been in and I appreciate the care my mom is receiving including nursing, speech therapy, social, and Dan with physical therapy.
Sure, we want mom home but if she needs acute post hospital care, we could not ask for a better place.

Recently I was a resident of the rehabilitation unit for a few days. The Nurses, CNA’s, Aides and others that assist patients are phenomenal! 👏🏼 Nurse Krystyna and CNA Carleen were the best. I cannot express enough the way they treated me when my panic attacks happened. They were so kind and supportive and I really appreciated them.
Of course I cannot forget the physical therapy and occupational therapy group, they were so good and so supportive too. I liked watching the other physical therapists work with their patients too. They have a very good understanding of the patient’s condition and how to treat it. All in all, it was a great few days. The food was great and the kitchen staff were very nice and helpful too!
I’m very grateful for all of their support and help! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.💜

Working with the team at Masonic has been wonderful from helping my clients from the Independent Living Apartments, to the rehab and long term care facilities. They have gone above and beyond time and time again for all the residents and patients staying there. My clients in the Independent Living have the ability to come and go as they see fit, socialize to their liking and still have a home to feel safe and secure and know whenever they need anything, there is a team member waiting by to help! I also had a client needing a short term rehab stay after a minor surgery and they were able to reserve the large double room for her to accommodate her spouse with cognitive deficiencies and did not want to be away from her. Their liaison, Katie and her team, set it up prior to the surgery with a bedroom and sitting area to make them feel right at home during the healing process. They were eternally grateful and I am as well. Keep up the great work Team Masonic!!

My husband was in there for short-term rehab and I can't say enough wonderful things about them they interact with the patients my husband's been in many facilities and this is the only one where they have a dining room for short-term and they get them out of their rooms and interacting with other people the staff is top-notch the nurses and the AIDS are wonderful I would not hesitate to use this facility for anything it was my pleasure to leave a review

My spouse Anna just completed two separate stays at Masonic Short Term Rehab (11/04 to 11/14 and 11/17 to 12/13). It is clear why this facility is rated 5 stars. Everyone from the nurses, nurses aides, therapists, etc. provide the utmost in attention to their patients. The food staff was also excellent as my spouse was never at a shortage of food choices during her stay. There was one particular nurse aide which really resonated with my spouse who has ALZ Dementia and that aide was Adeline M. (I think her last name was Mercredi but I couldn't get a good look at her I.D. badge as she was always working.) The many nurses, aides, therapists and food staff working the Magnolia section on the 3rd floor were just extraordinary. I was very glad that despite the distance from our home, I will always remember everyone there and wish everyone there a very, very Merry Christmas Holiday season. You guys are the BEST !!!😃❤😃❤😃

What a Saturday. Calvary Tabernacle - Wrightstown, NJ filled our halls with music that stopped everyone in their tracks — residents, staff, and visitors alike. It was one of those performances you feel more than you hear.

After the music came the food — an Easter brunch spread that ...was every bit as impressive as the morning that led up to it.
